About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis based in the United States.

This is a high-impact strategy role responsible for shaping category growth across a dynamic health and wellness portfolio. You’ll serve as a strategic thought partner to senior category leadership, helping determine which opportunities to pursue, prioritize, and scale. Your work will connect customer growth, product development, treatment launches, and financial performance into a clear strategic roadmap. You’ll build models, analyze complex data, and turn insights into executive-ready recommendations. The role offers significant influence over both technology and treatment development priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with finance, product, analytics, and clinical teams in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. This position also provides a strong path toward broader category ownership and Director-level responsibility.

Accountabilities

Drive category strategy and prioritization: Partner with senior leadership to identify and evaluate the biggest growth levers across acquisition, retention, conversion, and new treatment launches.

Build the analytical foundation for decision-making: Size opportunities, develop prioritization frameworks, rank initiatives across acquisition, technology, and treatment roadmaps, and make assumptions and trade-offs clear.

Lead forecasting and business modeling: Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, initiative-sizing models, and other analytical tools that support high-quality strategic decisions.

Translate data into actionable insights: Use dashboards and analytics platforms to evaluate performance, identify trends, inform recommendations, and support recurring business reviews across revenue, contribution margin, retention, S2S, and ARPU.

Champion experimentation: Partner with product and analytics teams to develop experiments, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements or iterations.

Support strategic initiatives: Serve as a key resource and thought partner on high-priority projects, proactively identifying hypotheses, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Shape treatment and program launches: Evaluate new treatments, SKUs, and programs through market analysis, scenario planning, and initial forecasting, while helping define launch requirements across clinical, regulatory, and go-to-market milestones.

Monitor market opportunities: Conduct analysis of emerging trends and opportunities within men's health and translate findings into potential business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant business experience, with management consulting or strategy experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic analytics, business prioritization, and opportunity assessment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with the ability to derive actionable conclusions from complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise, compelling, and executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to independently identify challenges, develop solutions, and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or consumer health is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Looker and/or Amplitude is a plus.
  • Experience supporting product or treatment roadmap planning within a regulated environment is a plus.
