Accountabilities

  • Lead by example by delivering professional, responsive, and client-focused service in a fully remote environment.
  • Support, coach, and mentor team members while encouraging accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through virtual meetings and effective communication.
  • Educate clients about available benefit programs and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
  • Monitor team performance and contribute ideas that improve service quality, efficiency, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to support broader growth initiatives and team objectives.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture centered on client needs and professional development.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership training, coaching, and development activities.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated potential to lead and support others is highly valued.
  • Experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or another people-focused environment is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom and other virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients and teammates succeed.
  • Strong growth mindset and willingness to learn through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams while maintaining personal accountability.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet professional workspace is required.
