As a SaaS Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in building a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline from the ground <up.You> will identify and engage prospective customers across target industries and markets through structured, multi-channel <outreach.As> an early point of contact, you will uncover customer needs, assess business fit, and communicate the value of an enterprise SaaS <solution.You> will work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified opportunities move smoothly into the next stage of the sales cycle.The role combines prospecting, consultative communication, qualification, CRM management, and data-driven pipeline <development.You> will operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where disciplined execution and consistent performance directly influence revenue growth.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career sales professional looking to develop strong SaaS, enterprise sales, and business development skills.
Accountabilities
- Identify, research, source, and qualify prospective customers across defined industries, accounts, and geographic markets.
- Execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, social channels, and other appropriate communication methods.
- Build and maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads to support predictable sales pipeline generation.
- Quickly assess prospect fit based on factors such as business needs, use cases, urgency, pain points, and potential value.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges and determine whether the solution is a relevant fit.
- Clearly communicate the high-level value proposition and connect prospect needs with relevant SaaS platform capabilities.
- Manage the initial qualification stages of the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities passed to Account Executives meet established qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date CRM records covering prospect interactions, qualification status, activities, and next steps.
- Monitor outreach activity, lead volumes, qualification rates, and conversion metrics to support effective pipeline management.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasts to sales leadership and maintain strong CRM data hygiene.
- Consistently work toward and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other sales stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and strong prospect experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and confidently.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach and multiple prospect interactions.
- Comfortable working toward measurable sales targets and maintaining consistent activity levels.
- Strong curiosity about SaaS, enterprise technology, logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales.
- Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and communicate relevant business value.
- Strong qualification and judgment skills, with an understanding of when a prospect is ready to progress through the sales funnel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, or outreach tools is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline information.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving sales techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Executives and wider sales teams.
