This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Generation Telemarketer / Appointment Setter based in the United States.
This role is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound calling and consistent lead <follow-up.You> will manage a live pipeline of warm and cold prospects targeting the US market, engaging decision-makers and identifying potential opportunities.The position combines high-volume calling, consultative lead qualification, appointment setting, and accurate CRM <management.You> will play an important role in keeping prospects engaged and moving qualified leads efficiently toward the sales team.Success requires strong communication skills, resilience, organization, and the ability to confidently handle <objections.You> will work closely with the wider sales team to maintain pipeline visibility and ensure follow-up activities are completed on schedule.This is a full-time opportunity suited to someone motivated by measurable targets, consistent activity, and career growth in sales.
Accountabilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated through marketing campaigns, engaging prospects and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Complete a minimum of 60–80 calls per day while maintaining professional and engaging conversations.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule qualified appointments for the sales or closing team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have received email outreach but have not responded, following the required 2-day and 3–4-day follow-up cadence.
- Record call outcomes, prospect notes, qualification details, and lead-status updates accurately within the CRM.
- Organize and manage lead lists according to source, pipeline stage, contact status, and follow-up requirements.
- Communicate regularly with team members regarding lead progression, appointment outcomes, and pipeline activity.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a persistent, positive approach throughout the lead-generation process.
- Support continuous pipeline development by identifying responsive prospects and ensuring qualified opportunities progress efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar sales development role, ideally supporting US-based clients or accounts.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with clear and professional delivery; neutral or US-accented English is preferred.
- Availability to work full-time during US time-zone hours, corresponding to a night shift for candidates based in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated resilience and confidence when handling high call volumes, rejection, and sales objections.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet activity, qualification, and appointment-setting goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple prospects and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Experience in outsourced lead generation or BPO environments serving US clients is a plus.
- B2B appointment-setting, SaaS, or services sales experience is desirable.
- Experience communicating with US-based prospects or business decision-makers is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet access, a suitable laptop or PC, a headset, and a quiet home-based work environment.
- Must be available for full-time employment without conflicting side jobs or part-time commitments.
