About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst CAMUNDA based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and process orchestration within a global Corporate and Investment Banking <environment.You> will help translate complex business needs into clear requirements and scalable process solutions using Camunda 8 and BPMN.The position involves close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and project <sponsors.You> will contribute to product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end process improvements.The role also provides exposure to financial instruments, data analysis, testing, production support, and Agile delivery.Success requires strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, international <environment.It> is an opportunity to play a key role in modernizing and optimizing critical banking processes through technology and automation.

Accountabilities

Business Analysis & Requirements: Engage with business teams to understand financial instruments and their management processes, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with users, sponsors, project teams, Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Refine epics and user stories with the Product Owner and development team, defining clear functionality, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Process Orchestration: Analyze and support the design of business processes using Camunda 8 or BPMN-based orchestration solutions, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps, translating roadmap initiatives into well-defined requirements, features, user stories, and deliverables.

Backlog Management: Support the Product Owner with Sprint backlog prioritization and maintenance, balancing stakeholder requirements, business value, priorities, and delivery capacity.

Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain functional documentation in Confluence and prepare and deliver presentations covering new functionalities and process improvements.

Data Mapping: Support the definition of data mappings between systems and analyze structured data in formats such as JSON and XML.

Testing & Quality: Support SIT and UAT activities through process and data analysis, helping ensure solutions perform according to business requirements.

Production Support: Assist with the functional investigation of production bugs, analyzing processes and data to help identify issues and support effective resolution.

Agile Delivery: Work within an Agile environment, continuously reassessing business needs, refining priorities, defining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.

Team Contribution: Actively support the broader product and delivery team, bringing initiative, accountability, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar Business Analyst functions and technologies.
  • Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial instruments and their associated business processes.
  • Camunda & BPMN: Practical experience with Camunda 8 or another BPMN-based business process orchestration platform.
  • Data & Observability: Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana, as well as analyzing data in JSON and XML formats.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Requirements Engineering: Experience defining clear acceptance criteria and translating business needs into actionable functional requirements.
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • English: C1-level English proficiency is required.
  • Spanish: Conversational Spanish is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to investigating complex business and technical issues.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to both technical and business audiences.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented, approachable, and capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Proactive, reliable, motivated, determined, pragmatic, and strongly focused on delivering measurable results.
