Accountabilities
- Lead store operations and drive commercial results by maximizing sales of fashion products and financial services while keeping the customer at the center of the business.
- Manage omnichannel initiatives and ensure a consistent, integrated customer experience across different channels.
- Communicate and reinforce organizational culture, policies, standards, and operating practices, maintaining high levels of discipline and team engagement.
- Partner with visual merchandising teams and apply commercial insights to improve store presentation, customer experience, and business performance.
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams through effective people leadership and continuous feedback.
- Create a customer-focused environment where the team provides consultative service, understands market trends, and delivers personalized recommendations.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvement.
- Lead by example, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, energetic, and performance-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree; additional courses or certifications in fashion, people management, marketing, retail, or related areas are desirable.
- Previous experience leading teams within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising, fashion, customer service, people management, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance, prioritize initiatives, and translate commercial objectives into effective team execution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to create engaging and personalized shopping experiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and motivate teams toward ambitious goals.
- Availability to relocate or demonstrate geographic mobility as required by the business.
