This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal based in Turkey.
As a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal, you will provide high-level support for complex employment-based immigration matters within a cloud-based legal <environment.You> will prepare and manage a variety of U.S. immigration petitions, ensuring filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.The role combines detailed legal case preparation with direct client communication in both English and <Spanish.You> will help manage documentation, respond to government requests, track deadlines, and maintain well-organized digital case files.Working across multiple case types, you will contribute to successful outcomes for clients navigating significant immigration <processes.You> will also collaborate with legal professionals and leverage digital case-management and productivity tools to maintain efficient workflows.This is an opportunity for an experienced paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Accountabilities
- Prepare, organize, and support U.S. immigration petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, and EB-5 cases.
- Compile supporting documentation and ensure case materials are accurate, complete, and properly organized.
- Assist with responses to Requests for Evidence and other government requests by gathering and organizing the necessary documentation.
- Communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish to collect case information, clarify requirements, obtain supporting documents, and provide case updates.
- Draft legal forms, support letters, correspondence, and other immigration-related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Track case deadlines, milestones, and required actions to ensure timely progress across multiple matters.
- Maintain organized digital case files and ensure records are consistently updated and accessible.
- Use immigration case-management software and productivity platforms to follow established workflows and maintain efficient case administration.
- Support the broader legal team with case coordination, document preparation, administrative follow-up, and other immigration-related activities as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal, preferably supporting U.S.-based law firms.
- At least 2 years of direct experience handling U.S. employment-based immigration cases for U.S. clients.
- Demonstrated experience supporting successful H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, and EB-5 filings.
- Strong knowledge of employment-based U.S. immigration processes, petition requirements, supporting documentation, and case-management procedures.
- Experience responding to Requests for Evidence and coordinating documentation for complex immigration matters.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients in both languages.
- Proficiency with MyCase or similar immigration case-management software.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Teams and OneDrive.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing legal documents and preparing filings.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft clear, accurate, and professional legal correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client requests while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong time-management, prioritization, and follow-through skills in a remote and digitally collaborative environment.
