Accountabilities
- Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide professional support.
- Educate clients about available supplemental benefit programs and communicate relevant information clearly.
- Build lasting client relationships through responsive, professional, and service-oriented communication.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and help ensure they understand the required steps.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communications consistently.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality client experiences and contribute to shared objectives.
- Participate in weekly leadership development sessions, coaching, mentorship, and professional training.
- Apply feedback and training to continuously strengthen communication, organization, relationship-management, and leadership capabilities.
- Take ownership of individual goals, performance, and professional development while working independently in a remote environment.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and demonstrate initiative in pursuing professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
- Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not required; a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to growth are highly valued.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain information effectively.
- Positive, professional demeanor and a service-oriented approach to client interactions.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced virtual environment.
- Strong self-motivation, personal accountability, organization, and time-management skills.
- Coachability and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative remote team.
