Accountabilities
- Analyse partner performance, operational trends, risks, and opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, practical insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Support partner performance reviews and contribute data-driven analysis to operational and commercial decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, service levels, and overall partner performance.
- Apply AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline reporting and develop smarter ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Delivery Partner teams to understand requirements and support performance initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify meaningful trends and translate findings into action.
- Advanced Excel skills and practical experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable data and automation tools.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, automation, emerging technologies, and their practical application in business environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious, commercially minded, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Experience in transport, logistics, freight, or network operations is highly regarded.
