This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative based in the United States.

This role is an opportunity to help drive growth for a mission-driven healthcare technology business serving enterprise customers across the <U.S.You>’ll act as a key first point of contact for prospective healthcare organizations and play a direct role in building qualified sales pipeline.The position combines high-volume outbound prospecting with strategic account research and thoughtful engagement with senior healthcare <decision-makers.You>’ll independently manage a book of business while partnering closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.The environment is fast-paced, performance-oriented, and designed for individuals who are motivated by measurable results and professional <growth.You>’ll also build valuable expertise in healthcare workflows, technology, and the challenges facing modern care organizations.Success in this role means consistently creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and better healthcare communication.

Accountabilities

Generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities for assigned Account Executives through strategic outbound prospecting and account development.

Conduct high-volume outreach, including 75+ cold calls per day, while maintaining a personalized and professional approach with enterprise healthcare prospects.

Independently manage an assigned book of business, keeping account activity, follow-ups, priorities, and prospect information organized and up to date.

Research target organizations and identify relevant healthcare decision-makers, including CNOs, CMIOs, CIOs, IT leaders, operations executives, and other influential stakeholders.

Clearly communicate the value of healthcare technology solutions and tailor messaging to prospects’ operational challenges, workflows, and business priorities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and comparable platforms to improve prospecting efficiency.

Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop pipeline, coordinate account strategies, and support progression toward revenue opportunities.

Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including organizational structures, clinical workflows, operational challenges, and relevant performance metrics.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting, pipeline, and activity targets while maintaining high-quality prospect engagement.

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-powered prospecting tools and emerging technologies into outreach and research workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a SaaS BDR/SDR position or a comparable closing sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales or business development targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement, CRM, prospecting, and intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting and the ability to confidently handle 75+ calls per day.
  • Healthcare industry experience, with an understanding of the needs and challenges of healthcare organizations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to independently manage competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, positive energy, and the ability to maintain momentum despite prospecting challenges.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI-powered prospecting software and demonstrated curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging sales technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience prospecting into acute-care healthcare organizations.
