This is a senior media engagement role focused on building strategic partnerships that amplify high-impact social <initiatives.You> will manage a diverse portfolio of media accounts while developing new relationships across an evolving media and advertising landscape.The role combines strategic partnership development, media sales, campaign execution, and performance <evaluation.You> will identify opportunities across streaming audio, OTT, video, gaming, and retail media networks to expand reach and impact.Working cross-functionally, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable media partnerships and measurable campaign outcomes.The position offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders, and opportunities to mentor developing team <members.It> is well suited to an experienced media, marketing, or agency professional who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and passionate about creating meaningful social impact.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, nurture, and expand strong relationships across an assigned portfolio of media accounts, including senior-level contacts.
  • Manage day-to-day media partner activities, including securing, tracking, optimizing, and evaluating donated media support.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across emerging areas such as streaming audio, OTT, video platforms, gaming, and retail media networks.
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic, 360-degree media partnerships with key partners.
  • Create engagement strategies for assigned accounts and provide strategic guidance on quarterly campaign planning, outreach, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships that maximize social impact and support campaign KPIs.
  • Monitor trends in media, advertising, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for testing, innovation, and scalable campaign solutions.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry conferences, events, and training opportunities, sharing insights with the broader media team.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of junior colleagues, interns, and new team members as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects, contributing media expertise and strategic perspective.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and internal reporting records, including partner activity, donated media tracking, project updates, and administrative requirements.
  • Proactively manage priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and drive initiatives forward with limited oversight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, media, advertising, or agency environments, with demonstrated experience executing strategic partnerships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem and enthusiasm for emerging media technologies and platforms.
  • Proven ability to build, strengthen, and maintain mutually beneficial long-term relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with executive audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate broad direction into practical action plans.
  • Demonstrated initiative and confidence in managing complex assignments independently and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with exceptional organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders, anticipate downstream implications, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to navigate conflict and challenging situations constructively.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members.
  • Positive, empathetic, curious, and adaptable approach, with a willingness to identify opportunities and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.

Benefits

  • Monthly compensation of $7,500–$8,000 USD, depending on experience.
  • Compensation paid semi-monthly.
  • Contract employment initially anticipated to last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
