This is a senior architecture role focused on designing and evolving complex software solutions for digital transformation <initiatives.You> will shape scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable architectures across distributed environments.The role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on collaboration across engineering and technology <teams.You> will influence decisions around cloud, microservices, APIs, integrations, databases, security, and modern development <practices.You> will also help teams solve complex technical challenges while establishing standards, patterns, and architectural best practices.The environment is collaborative, agile, and fast-moving, with strong exposure to modernization and technology evolution.This is an opportunity to make high-impact architectural decisions that connect technology strategy with real business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Define, evolve, and govern software architectures, ensuring scalability, security, availability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead architectural decisions and technical direction while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, risks, and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop reference architectures, standards, technical guidelines, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, platforms, and tools according to solution requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Design and guide distributed architectures, microservices, REST APIs, and integrations across multiple systems and technologies.
  • Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, architectural gaps, and opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and support the resolution of complex engineering and architectural challenges.
  • Ensure solutions remain aligned with established architectural principles, standards, security requirements, and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Software Developers, DevOps, Security, Product, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technology decision-making forums.
  • Support application modernization, technology evolution, legacy transformation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
  • Create and maintain clear architectural documentation, diagrams, standards, and decision records to facilitate alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience as a Software Architect or in a comparable senior architecture role, ideally working on highly complex technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience defining, implementing, and continuously evolving software and solution architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern integration patterns.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
  • Experience integrating systems built with different technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases and understanding their architectural trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and observability.
  • Understanding of application security principles and secure software architecture practices.
  • Strong ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, assess risks, and make sound architectural decisions.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic, analytical, and autonomous mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to influence technical direction and build alignment across multiple stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
