About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Measurement Analytics based in Canada.

This is a senior individual-contributor opportunity focused on shaping how organizations collect, govern, validate, and use digital measurement data. You will lead complex measurement strategy and instrumentation initiatives across high-impact client engagements. The role combines analytics expertise, business advisory, privacy-aware implementation, and cross-functional leadership. You will translate business objectives and ambiguous requirements into scalable measurement frameworks, tagging strategies, and actionable recommendations. Working with analytics, engineering, data science, experimentation, and platform teams, you will help strengthen end-to-end measurement quality. You will also establish reusable standards, mentor practitioners, and promote responsible use of AI-enabled tools. This is an opportunity to influence measurement practices while working with distributed, multidisciplinary teams on sophisticated digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities

Lead complex measurement strategy, tagging, instrumentation, and implementation initiatives across clients, business areas, and strategic programs.

Define measurement approaches that connect business objectives, reporting needs, experimentation, consent requirements, customer event flows, and downstream data usage.

Advise internal and client stakeholders on measurement maturity, data-collection design, instrumentation strategy, privacy considerations, and implementation tradeoffs.

Establish best practices for measurement plans, event frameworks, naming conventions, parameter structures, data-layer requirements, consent-aware behavior, QA, and documentation.

Guide scalable tagging architectures, event instrumentation, validation approaches, and analytics platform configurations.

Translate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured measurement solutions, implementation frameworks, and actionable recommendations.

Lead implementation audits and reviews to identify tracking gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with analytics, data science, engineering, platform, experimentation, and reporting teams to strengthen measurement across the full data lifecycle.

Review major measurement programs and deliverables for quality, consistency, privacy alignment, governance, and business value.

Contribute measurement expertise to solution shaping, proposals, thought leadership, and new-business opportunities.

Create reusable frameworks, standards, templates, QA assets, accelerators, and implementation guidance.

Promote strong governance, privacy, consent, and measurement-quality standards across teams.

Mentor practitioners and contribute to the development of a high-quality measurement practice.

Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, tracking-plan quality, QA preparation, troubleshooting, implementation reviews, and stakeholder communication while applying appropriate human validation.

Requirements

Deep expertise in digital measurement, event tracking, tagging strategy, consent-aware instrumentation, and analytics implementation.

Proven experience shaping measurement strategies in complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business environments.

Strong ability to connect implementation design, business objectives, privacy requirements, and downstream analytics needs.

Strong knowledge of tag management, data layers, consent behavior, cookie governance, customer event flows, and implementation-quality standards.

Experience with analytics and measurement platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable technologies.

Familiarity with tag-management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium iQ.

Experience with consent and privacy-management solutions such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Osano, or Usercentrics is valuable.

Strong understanding of measurement QA and validation using browser developer tools, Tag Assistant, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, ObservePoint, or similar tools.

Strong stakeholder-management and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and senior business audiences.

Systems-thinking mindset spanning measurement, analytics, experimentation, platforms, reporting, and implementation workflows.

Ability to influence multiple teams, improve delivery consistency, and balance strategic thinking with practical implementation requirements.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including workshop facilitation, presentations, and strategic advisory communication.

Experience working effectively with distributed, multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to responsibly use AI-generated tagging logic, documentation, and implementation guidance while validating outputs against platform behavior, data-layer realities, privacy requirements, and client-specific needs.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, privacy, consent-management, or related certifications and training are considered an advantage.

Experience with customer data platforms and technologies such as Bloomreach, Treasure Data, Adobe RT, or Optimizely Data Platform is beneficial.

Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting environments is a plus.
