This is an opportunity for a Senior Solutions Architect to play a strategic role in shaping technology solutions and ensuring project readiness from discovery through <delivery.You> will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate alternatives, and design effective system architectures.The role combines technical leadership with planning, estimation, and hands-on support for development <teams.You> will help establish clear solution strategies and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.The environment values collaboration, agility, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.This is a remote, part-time engagement designed for an experienced professional who can bring architectural expertise and practical guidance to complex initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Lead the definition of solution architectures, ensuring proposed approaches are aligned with project objectives, technical requirements, and business needs.
• Participate in Discovery activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and evaluation of technical alternatives.
• Define solution strategies and provide technical recommendations to support project planning and execution.
• Estimate activities, effort, and technical requirements to contribute to realistic project planning and delivery.
• Assess technological readiness and help establish the foundations required for successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and other stakeholders within agile delivery environments.
• Support decision-making on technical topics and help resolve architectural or implementation challenges.
• Promote collaborative practices, clear communication, prioritization, and timely resolution of critical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Senior Solutions Architect.
• Strong experience defining technology solutions and system architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery processes, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience estimating technical activities and contributing to project planning.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience collaborating with Scrum Masters and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience providing technical support, guidance, and direction to software development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
• Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective collaboration with project teams.
