This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

This is a hands-on field marketing role supporting regional programs, events, and go-to-market initiatives within a fully distributed technology <organization.You>’ll work closely with field marketing managers, sales development representatives, sales teams, and external partners to bring established programs to life.The role combines event logistics, project coordination, marketing operations, and on-site <execution.You>’ll be responsible for keeping timelines, data, communications, registration workflows, and vendor deliverables accurate and on track.Success will require strong ownership, attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the confidence to ask questions and identify gaps <early.You>’ll operate with meaningful autonomy in a remote-first environment while receiving coaching and opportunities to expand your marketing expertise.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer who enjoys fast-moving environments and wants to grow within B2B technology and field marketing.

Accountabilities

  • Execute event logistics and marketing program operations based on plans established by field marketing leadership.
  • Build and maintain event landing pages, registration workflows, attendee communications, and supporting marketing materials.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across field marketing, SDRs, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate event data, project documentation, status updates, and related records.
  • Coordinate with promotional product and swag vendors to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide dependable on-site support for regional marketing programs, trade shows, and other events.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively identify missing information, potential blockers, or execution gaps.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep programs moving forward.
  • Apply feedback quickly and develop increasing independence in managing event logistics and program responsibilities.
  • Support the broader field marketing team in delivering consistent, well-organized experiences across regional programs.
  • Contribute ideas and observations that can improve processes, event execution, and marketing operations over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field within B2B technology, or relevant transferable experience in go-to-market, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Previous experience supporting events on site and coordinating the details required for successful execution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to maintain accurate customer, event, and campaign data.
  • Experience with event registration platforms such as Splash, Bizzabo, or comparable tools.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accurate information and high-quality execution.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote working environment.
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.
  • Comfortable asking clarifying questions, identifying potential issues early, and escalating challenges when necessary.
  • Open to coaching and able to incorporate feedback quickly into day-to-day work.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a distributed, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with regional marketing programs, trade shows, promotional vendors, or the DevOps/developer technology ecosystem is a plus.
