Junior Full Stack Engineer - E-Learning

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer - E-Learning based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to build modern digital learning solutions as part of a collaborative, globally distributed engineering <environment.You> will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, working on scalable web applications and microservices.The position combines Python and React development with RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure, and containerized <deployments.You> will also explore Generative AI tools and integrations that improve engineering productivity and enhance software capabilities.Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews.The role provides exposure to modern technologies, international projects, and experienced technology <professionals.It> is an opportunity to grow your engineering skills while delivering reliable solutions with meaningful impact in the e-learning space.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable web applications and microservices using Python and React.
• Build clean, efficient RESTful APIs and integrate backend services to support reliable application functionality.
• Contribute to cloud-based deployments, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines, primarily using AWS and Docker.
• Explore and apply modern AI-powered development tools to improve engineering workflows and productivity.
• Support the integration of Generative AI capabilities and relevant AI models into software solutions where appropriate.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, software design discussions, and other Agile development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining strong engineering and architectural standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on proficiency in Python and React.
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with scalable microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with CI/CD practices and containerized deployments using tools such as Docker.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of software design principles and modern development methodologies.
• Experience working effectively within Agile development environments, including participation in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute to a results-oriented engineering culture.
