This is a senior individual contributor opportunity for an experienced product leader ready to shape growth strategy and solve complex, high-impact product <challenges.You> will lead a senior product squad, connecting product strategy with business objectives and sustainable growth.The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, experimentation, and close collaboration across product, design, engineering, data, operations, and <QA.You> will own OKR planning and quarterly roadmaps while ensuring teams remain focused, productive, and <aligned.You> will also drive discovery, validate hypotheses, identify market trends, and translate complex customer needs into compelling product <solutions.As> a Staff-level leader, you will influence the broader product organization, coach developing product managers, and contribute to building a high-performing team.The environment is fast-paced, analytical, collaborative, and designed for professionals who thrive on ownership and meaningful product impact.
Accountabilities
- Lead a senior product squad, prioritize strategic bets, and coordinate initiatives across teams to support sustainable business growth.
- Influence product and business strategy by identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and connecting product decisions to broader organizational goals.
- Define and lead OKR planning and quarterly roadmaps, translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Create an effective and engaging operating environment by continuously improving team rituals and integrating product, operations, design, engineering, data, and QA.
- Dive deeply into execution, gather diverse perspectives, align stakeholders, and translate complex challenges into clear product vision, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Initiate new discovery streams, anticipate and structure pilots, and validate hypotheses ahead of quarterly planning to ensure engineering resources are focused effectively.
- Monitor major industry and market trends, bringing external insights into product strategy and identifying opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Coach and develop Associate Product Managers, providing guidance, training, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Contribute to product management hiring and help build a high-performing team capable of scaling with the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record as a successful Product Manager, with experience delivering high-impact products or solutions.
- Several years of leadership experience, including successfully guiding cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data, industry benchmarks, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Proven design-thinking skills, including the ability to uncover user needs—even when users cannot clearly articulate them—and translate those needs into compelling product visions.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with aggressive launch timelines and rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common strategy.
- A highly analytical background or previous experience in a data-intensive role is strongly preferred.
- Experience driving product growth is highly valued, particularly expertise in SEO and growth-oriented product strategies.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and maintain focus in complex, ambiguous environments.
