This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Media Buyer (Meta) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-spend Meta advertising account for a fast-growing DTC health and personal care <brand.You> will be responsible for driving profitable growth by optimizing campaigns against CAC, ROAS, and broader performance goals.The position combines hands-on media buying, rigorous performance analysis, creative strategy, and proactive growth <planning.You> will regularly analyze customer avatars, creative angles, messaging, and campaign structures to identify what drives the strongest results.Your insights will directly influence creative briefs, testing strategies, scaling decisions, and broader customer acquisition initiatives.This is a high-autonomy environment suited to an analytical and highly organized professional who is comfortable managing significant budgets.The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and focused on finding opportunities to scale rather than simply maintaining campaign performance.

Accountabilities

Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with approximately $200K per month in advertising spend.

Own day-to-day account performance and optimize campaigns toward target CAC, ROAS, and profitable growth.

Manage budgets and make scaling decisions based on campaign performance, efficiency, and growth opportunities.

Maintain a clean, structured, and highly organized Meta advertising account, including consistent campaign and asset naming conventions.

Closely monitor campaign performance and respond quickly to significant changes, performance fluctuations, or emerging opportunities.

Conduct weekly or bi-weekly account audits to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Perform detailed performance analysis to identify trends and determine which creative angles, customer avatars, messaging, concepts, and campaign structures are generating the strongest results.

Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences, and creative assets and recommend clear corrective actions.

Translate account-level performance data into actionable recommendations for scaling and optimization.

Collaborate closely with the Founder and Creative Strategist to turn media insights into effective creative briefs and testing plans.

Identify which creative concepts and messaging should be scaled, iterated, tested, or replaced based on performance data.

Connect paid media performance with broader creative and customer acquisition strategy.

Proactively identify account weaknesses, growth opportunities, and potential performance improvements without waiting for direction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of helping scale a DTC/D2C brand from approximately 7 figures to 8 figures in revenue.
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant Meta Ads budgets, with relevant high-spend account management experience within the last two years.
  • Comfortable managing approximately $200K/month in Meta advertising spend.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, campaign economics, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Direct-response marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience scaling brands and campaigns rather than simply maintaining existing performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently explain why campaigns, audiences, or creative are succeeding or underperforming.
  • Highly organized and structured approach to account management and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between media buying, creative performance, customer behavior, and acquisition outcomes.
  • Ability to independently analyze data, make performance-driven decisions, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify weaknesses and opportunities without being prompted.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in health, personal care, wellness, or related DTC categories is advantageous.
