About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante de Desenvolvimento de Negócios based in Brazil.

This is a remote Business Development role focused on generating and qualifying new opportunities within the financial services <sector.You> will identify high-potential organizations, engage relevant decision-makers, and build relationships with senior business stakeholders.The role combines strategic prospecting, consultative discovery, social selling, and disciplined CRM <management.You> will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop leads and create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.Success will depend on your ability to understand complex technology and communicate its value clearly to different <audiences.You> will operate in a target-driven, collaborative environment where initiative, organization, and measurable results are highly valued.This is an opportunity to build meaningful B2B relationships while contributing directly to business growth across an international market.

Accountabilities

  • Research and develop target organizations, particularly within financial services, identifying companies with strong potential for new business opportunities.
  • Identify relevant contacts and decision-makers, including senior and C-level stakeholders, and develop personalized approaches to initiate conversations.
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, and other sales engagement tools.
  • Perform discovery and needs analysis to understand prospects’ objectives, challenges, and potential areas of opportunity.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads before transitioning qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships, using consultative communication to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage prospecting and intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement tools to expand and improve lead databases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer information in Salesforce, ensuring activities, communications, and relevant data are properly recorded.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, content initiatives, and lead-nurturing activities to increase prospect engagement.
  • Participate in regular Sales meetings, preparing relevant information and ensuring clear communication around pipeline activity, opportunities, and prospect engagement.
  • Consistently operate against sales development targets and KPIs, taking ownership of pipeline generation and measurable outcomes.
  • Share market intelligence, prospect feedback, and emerging opportunities with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or a comparable B2B sales role, with a demonstrated ability to generate opportunities independently.

Previous experience in B2B fintech and/or financial services is highly preferred.

Experience selling complex technology solutions to banks, lenders, fintechs, or other financial institutions is a strong advantage.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Strong ability to understand complex technology and translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for different audiences.

Proven "hunter" mentality, with a proactive, self-directed approach to prospecting and new business generation.

Strong business acumen combined with a process-oriented and results-driven approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and interpersonal abilities.

Experience maintaining and expanding Salesforce CRM databases and maintaining high-quality prospect data.

An active LinkedIn presence and strong social-selling capabilities.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams while also working independently.

Advanced English proficiency is essential.

Strong motivation to work in a goal-oriented sales environment and consistently deliver measurable results.
