What you will do as a Social Media Specialits @Plaisio

• 🎯 Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• 🎯 Creating and curating engaging content, including text, images and video, that resonates with target audiences and helps achieve marketing goals.
• 🎯 Monitor and respond to comments, messages and other interactions on social media, including customer inquiries and complaints.
• 🎯 Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns
• 🎯 Collaboration with other departments (Commercial, Hr, CSR) or team members, such as designers & videographer to implement the communication
• 🎯 Collaboration with brand ambassadors/influencers to create campaigns and strengthen brand awareness in the market
