This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chef de Produit Principal – Agentic IA / Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI based in Canada.

This is a hands-on product leadership opportunity focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to complex clinical trial <workflows.You> will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for early-stage AI-native initiatives with the potential to scale across clinical operations.Working at the intersection of product, AI, engineering, and clinical expertise, you will turn emerging technologies into practical business <value.You> will lead multiple initiatives from rapid experimentation and prototyping through prioritization, validation, and scaled delivery.The role requires strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to make high-impact decisions with incomplete <information.You> will partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify valuable use cases and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.Your work will contribute to improving the speed, quality, and cost efficiency of clinical development in a highly collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations and trial workflows.
  • Lead multiple early-stage product investments in parallel, balancing experimentation, validation, prioritization, and scaling decisions.
  • Identify and assess high-value AI use cases in partnership with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, outcomes, and delivery plans.
  • Collaborate closely with AI, data, engineering, and clinical teams within an agile and highly cross-functional operating model.
  • Guide initiatives from concept and rapid prototyping through validation, delivery, adoption, and scaling.
  • Establish product success metrics and track OKRs related to clinical trial speed, quality, operational efficiency, and cost.
  • Evaluate emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities and determine how they can create meaningful value within clinical workflows.
  • Shape new product opportunities and make informed prioritization decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Build alignment among senior stakeholders and communicate product direction, trade-offs, progress, and outcomes clearly.
  • Support the development of AI-enabled workflows, including retrieval-based systems, agent architectures, evaluation approaches, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • Champion product practices that balance innovation with usability, scalability, quality, and the requirements of complex or regulated environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, shape new opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to make effective decisions with limited or evolving information.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering, data, AI, or machine learning teams.
  • Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, retrieval-based systems, agent architectures, AI evaluation approaches, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Hands-on exposure to Generative AI or Agentic AI through professional or personal projects is highly valuable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
  • Experience leading platform products or shared capabilities is an advantage.
  • Experience redesigning operational workflows or business processes is a plus.
  • Experience in clinical development, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI is an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern AI product development practices and agile delivery models is beneficial.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $118,200–$168,200 CAD, depending on qualifications, experience, location, schedule, and other job-related factors.
