This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on attracting and hiring exceptional talent across a rapidly growing technology <organization.You> will own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of positions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners.The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, pipeline management, and stakeholder <partnership.You> will work closely with leaders across the organization, including Director- and VP-level stakeholders, to refine hiring needs and identify strong candidates.Success requires the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch, efficient, and consistent candidate <experience.You> will also contribute to recruiting projects and continuously explore modern tools and AI-enabled approaches to improve hiring effectiveness.This opportunity is well suited to an organized, collaborative recruiter who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment and enjoys building meaningful talent relationships.

Accountabilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of roles, managing candidates from sourcing and initial screening through interviews and offer stages.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, developing creative and compelling outreach strategies that generate strong candidate engagement.
  • Review inbound applications and resumes, assess qualifications against role requirements, and advance the strongest candidates through the process.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview processes, ensuring searches progress efficiently and candidates receive timely communication.
  • Build and maintain healthy pipelines across early-, mid-, and late-stage candidates while managing multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate visibility into recruiting progress.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, candidate classifications, offer documentation, and other recruiting data.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the process, delivering a thoughtful, professional, and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Act as a consultative recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR business partners, including senior leaders, helping refine role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Ensure recruiting processes consistently follow established procedures, service-level expectations, and hiring workflows.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the organization’s products, industry, and market to engage candidates credibly and effectively.
  • Support broader People team initiatives, recruiting projects, and administrative priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and quality through modern sourcing techniques, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment where priorities shift and multiple searches are managed concurrently.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruiting channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent an organization professionally and authentically to candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR teams across different functions and seniority levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through across multiple simultaneous recruiting processes.
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS records, and ensuring recruiting documentation remains current and complete.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable platforms.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and their practical applications in recruiting, productivity, sourcing, or workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Comfort incorporating generative AI into day-to-day workflows to improve productivity, quality, and output is preferred.
