This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vendedor de Produtos Editoriais based in Brazil.
This is a junior sales opportunity focused on prospecting, relationship building, and selling editorial products and <services.You> will engage directly with leads and prospective authors through email, phone, and WhatsApp.The role involves managing the sales funnel, keeping CRM information up to date, and following opportunities through to <conversion.You>’ll conduct sales conversations by phone and respond to commercial inquiries with clarity and professionalism.Success in this position requires a proactive, target-driven mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with <prospects.You>’ll work in a fully remote environment with structured working hours, sales targets, and performance-based earning <potential.It>’s a strong opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to develop their sales career in the editorial sector.
Accountabilities
- Establish direct contact with leads and prospects through email, telephone, and WhatsApp.
- Prospect and engage with authors and potential customers to identify commercial opportunities.
- Manage leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent engagement.
- Conduct sales meetings and commercial conversations by telephone, presenting relevant products and services.
- Respond to commercial inquiries received through email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Use CRM data and sales activity to organize priorities, monitor opportunities, and support pipeline management.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets, actively identifying opportunities to increase conversion.
- Build lasting relationships with prospects and customers through proactive and consultative communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales routines and customer engagement practices.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in sales or commercial activities.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience with telephone sales and commercial routines based on targets and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably RD Station.
- Good command of Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to initiate conversations and build strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to organize a sales pipeline, manage multiple prospects, and follow up consistently.
- Previous experience selling editorial products, books, publishing services, or related solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
