This is a senior technical leadership opportunity combining architecture, engineering excellence, client advisory, and business <growth.You> will shape technical strategy across complex, mission-critical client engagements and influence architecture decisions at scale.The role partners closely with engineering leadership and requires strong executive presence with international <clients.You> will mentor senior engineers and architects while establishing standards and practices that improve consistency across multiple <teams.You> will also contribute directly to discovery, technical proposals, pre-sales, and account expansion initiatives.The environment values autonomy, continuous innovation, AI-augmented development, and pragmatic technical decision-making.Success will come from balancing deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, client trust, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Design and drive technical solutions for complex, mission-critical challenges across multiple client engagements.
- Define scalable architecture patterns, technical standards, engineering practices, and governance approaches across projects and squads.
- Act as a primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor, translating business challenges and objectives into effective technical strategies.
- Lead architecture decisions while ensuring solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain architectural consistency across multiple squads, engagements, and client environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, supporting their technical development, performance, and career progression.
- Champion AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices, encouraging AI-augmented development and delivery approaches across teams and engagements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution definition, and architecture discussions with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and present technical proposals that address client needs, demonstrate differentiated value, and support competitive positioning.
- Contribute to statements of work, scope definition, estimates, and technical delivery plans.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and help build compelling technical and business cases for additional services.
- Partner with engineering leadership to cultivate and strengthen client relationships and expand strategic accounts.
- Define relevant technical KPIs, monitor solution health, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage technical risks proactively and escalate critical issues appropriately to stakeholders.
- Champion Agile delivery practices, secure engineering standards, and high-quality technical execution.
- Ensure architecture and delivery practices remain aligned with organizational technical guidelines, governance frameworks, and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to organizational growth by sharing knowledge, establishing reusable practices, and developing technical leadership within the wider engineering community.
Requirements
- Several years of experience within the organization, with a consistent track record of high-performance delivery across one or more client engagements.
- Current experience at Architecture Manager level or experience as a Systems Architect with demonstrated readiness to assume broader architectural leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes, and drive complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Strong client-facing experience, including the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong engineering foundation with expertise in systems design, architectural thinking, technical problem-solving, and solution development.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients in both day-to-day interactions and complex technical discussions.
- Experience working with international or multinational clients and distributed teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Proactive and self-directed mindset, with a willingness to identify opportunities, take initiative, and contribute to business growth.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data modernization, data engineering, or modern data architectures is desirable.
- Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or cloud-based data architectures is a plus.
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, mortgage, healthcare, or insurance is advantageous.
- Previous involvement in pre-sales, technical proposal development, solution presentations, or client discovery is highly desirable.
- Experience contributing to statements of work, scope documentation, and commercial solution definition is a plus.
- Ability to facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders across different organizational levels.
