This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth-focused marketing team and help drive new customer acquisition, efficiency, and profitable <growth.You> will support the day-to-day management of key digital channels, gaining hands-on exposure to paid social, display, affiliates, and emerging platforms.The role combines campaign execution, creative strategy, performance analysis, and experimentation in a fast-moving digital <environment.You> will use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and shape future marketing tests.Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with Creative, Brand, Site, Merchandising, Influencer, and Ambassador teams.The position is well suited to an analytical and curious marketer who enjoys turning performance data into actionable <recommendations.You> will also have opportunities to leverage AI and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and support scalable growth.

Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of Paid Social and Display campaigns, including campaign builds, audience testing, creative rotations, and ongoing optimization.
  • Support affiliate program operations by monitoring spend, managing promotions, and communicating product launches and promotional information to key partners.
  • Build and test new audience segments to expand reach among priority customer groups.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase investment, improve efficiency, or reduce spend where appropriate.
  • Upload and quality-check advertising assets across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Support the launch and evaluation of tests across emerging digital advertising platforms.
  • Assist with creative briefing by aligning paid content with brand messaging, customer trends, and growth objectives.
  • Analyze creative performance and translate findings into recommendations for testing roadmaps and broader growth marketing strategy.
  • Partner with the Site team to ensure advertising traffic reaches relevant landing pages and help optimize landing experiences based on campaign messaging and performance.
  • Collaborate with organic social, influencer, and ambassador teams to share insights, establish best practices, and develop creator-led content for paid campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using last-click performance, incrementality measures, and in-platform engagement data.
  • Prepare campaign and creative insights for weekly digital marketing meetings and develop actionable next steps.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, customer acquisition, and scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience managing digital marketing channels, particularly paid social, paid search, display, or related performance marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze campaign and creative performance to develop data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid social and paid search.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and an ability to develop testing plans from hypothesis through measurement, learning, and iteration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret multiple performance signals and translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or increase marketing efficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, brand, site, merchandising, and marketing teams.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and genuine interest in understanding customer behavior and digital marketing performance.
