Accountabilities

  • Execute sophisticated security assessments across client environments and identify vulnerabilities that may be missed by conventional approaches.
  • Develop and maintain targeted Attack Plans based on bespoke attack hypotheses and client-specific objectives.
  • Conduct assessments across multiple domains, including networks, applications, operating systems, and mobile platforms.
  • Use and refine both manual and automated security testing tools to improve attack capabilities and assessment effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for clients, building strong professional relationships and communicating findings clearly.
  • Produce actionable, threat-based reports that translate technical discoveries into meaningful security improvements.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and client communities, helping strengthen collective expertise.
  • Continuously develop offensive security techniques and adapt methodologies to address increasingly sophisticated defenses.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in one or more cybersecurity testing or offensive security domains.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of network and application security, with the ability to assess complex environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with both manual and automated security testing tools.
  • Creative and adaptable approach to attack methodologies, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to difficult technical problems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to investigate and solve complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated approach to learning, with a genuine commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute knowledge and expertise to a high-performing security team.
  • At least one of the following certifications is required: OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN. Additional relevant certifications such as LPT, OSCE3, or CompTIA PenTest+ are valued.
  • Mid-level professional experience in cybersecurity or a related offensive security discipline.
