About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to support the implementation of automation solutions within industrial and warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of automation technologies.

In this role, you will

Consult and Advise

• ● Work closely with clients in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to understand their automation needs.
• ● Provide technical insights on industrial automation.
• ● Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their warehouse and factory operations.

Technical Implementation

• ● Design shopfloor layouts for AGV deployment and material flow optimization.
• ● Develop and implement connectors between automation systems and existing infrastructure.
• ● Support the integration of AGVs, robotics, and warehouse management systems (WMS/MES/ERP).

Project Execution & Collaboration

• ● Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure successful automation implementation.
• ● Provide technical training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• ● Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.

Stakeholder Communication & Presentations

• ● Translate technical details into business insights for non-technical audiences.
• ● Conduct presentations, workshops, and demos for stakeholders.
• ● Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices.

What will you bring

Technical Skills

• ● Experience in industrial automation, intralogistics, or AGV solutions.
• ● Strong programming skills for connector development and system integration.
• ● Ability to design and optimize shopfloor layouts for automation implementation.
• ● Familiarity with WMS, MES, ERP, or SCADA systems is a plus.

Soft Skills

• ● Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• ● Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ● Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• ● Comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environments.

Plus Points

• ● Prior experience with AGV fleet management software or IoT-based industrial automation.
• ● Knowledge of PLC programming or industrial networking.
• ● Experience with CAD or other shopfloor planning tools.
