Responsibilities Own product marketing strategy for the Indonesia Cluster, ensuring strong alignment between product, commercial, and customer needs across the full product lifecycle. Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution at the cluster level, including product launches, positioning, pricing support, messaging, customer segmentation, and enablement for new and existing products. Define and refine product value propositions and messaging based on customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and commercial priorities. Coordinate integrated marketing execution across digital and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, field marketing, events, PR, sales tools, and customer communications—ensuring consistent product narratives across all touchpoints. Manage and optimize the product portfolio using a P&L-driven approach, contributing to portfolio decisions, lifecycle management, prioritization, and performance tracking at cluster and regional levels. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver effective sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, product FAQs) that drive adoption and revenue growth. Oversee marketing and product launch budgets, ensuring structured planning, ROI-driven investment decisions, and strong alignment with business and revenue objectives. Plan, prioritize, and allocate workload, balancing short-term GTM execution with long-term product and market strategy. Act as a key business partner to the Cluster Commercial Leader, serving as an active member of the cluster leadership team and contributing to overall growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, economics, or marketing Minimum 5 years of experience leading a marketing or product marketing function at country or cluster level Strong B2B marketing experience; exposure to B2B2C and/or B2C environments is an advantage Experience working within a multinational organization is preferred Proven experience managing and optimizing complex product portfolios Strong collaborator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels Fluent in English (written and verbal) at a professional level Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale programs or initiatives We understand that not every candidate will possess every desired qualification listed above.
