Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most.We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pahrump, NV, to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence.
Location: Pahrump
- Schedule: Part-time Morning or Day shifts, Monday - Friday
- Pay: $15-18/hr + a $1,000 bonus after 90 days from your first visit!

Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
- Provide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Adhere to the patient’s established plan of care.
- Execute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
- Remind patient of medication to be taken
- Maintain records and documentation of daily services.
- Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- TB test & physical examination
- Ability to monitor vital signs.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
- Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of caregiving experience
