We go beyond typical data-driven approaches or pure transformer-only architectures, combining rigorous engineering with learning systems proven in globally deployed solutions that deliver results today and get better every time our robots run in the field.About the Role FieldAI is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support inventory, shipping and receiving, equipment movement, and deployment readiness. You will work closely with Engineering, Deployment, Field Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robots, spare parts, batteries, tools, and other equipment are accurately tracked, properly stored, and available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments.
  • Verify materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Pick, pack, label, and stage equipment for deployments and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and serialized asset records in ERP or inventory systems.
  • Organize warehouse, inventory, and equipment-staging areas.Prepare deployment kits containing robots, batteries, chargers, tools, sensors, and spare parts.
  • Inspect and process returned equipment, documenting missing or damaged items.
  • Coordinate carrier pickups and track shipment status.
  • Follow safety, inventory-control, and shipping procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing, shipping and receiving, or a related field.
  • Experience picking, packing, receiving, and staging materials.
  • Familiarity with ERP, inventory-management, or asset-tracking systems.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and workplace productivity tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, electronics, or another hardware-focused environment.

Experience managing serialized equipment, service parts, or deployment kits.

Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Jira, or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of or a commitment to obtaining certification in the transport of hazardous materials and dangerous goods, specifically regarding lithium battery regulations (49 CFR or IATA).

Experience operating a cargo van or box truck. Exposure to international shipping or regulated-material handling.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material-handling activities for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Comfortable working in warehouse, office, laboratory, and occasional field environments.

What Success Looks Like Inventory and asset records remain accurate and audit-ready.

Deployment kits are complete and prepared on schedule.

Shipments are processed safely and delivered on time.

Engineering and field teams receive responsive logistics support.

Warehouse and staging areas remain organized, safe, and operationally ready.
