What You'll Do
- Lead and uphold medical quality standards and best practices throughout the hospital.
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians while fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Partner with the Hospital Manager to support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development.
- Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals and exotics.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care and client service.
- Guide clinical protocols, workflows, and medical decision-making.
- Foster a positive, supportive culture that prioritizes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Balance leadership responsibilities while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Passion for high-quality medicine and coaching others
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
- Interest in helping grow the hospital while fostering a positive team culture
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and client service
