Medical Director Veterinarian | Pulaski Veterinary Clinic | Pulaski, WI

Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, collaborative Medical Director to lead our AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Pulaski, Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and practice growth while continuing to maintain an active clinical caseload.

As Medical Director, you'll partner closely with hospital leadership to foster a positive team culture, mentor fellow veterinarians, uphold medical excellence, and help shape the future of our growing practice. We're looking for a leader with a growth mindset who enjoys collaborating with others, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement while delivering exceptional patient care.

Our paperless, Monday–Friday hospital is committed to providing exceptional care for dogs and cats through a Fear Free approach, strong client relationships, and thoughtful, cost-conscious medicine. With advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and a highly utilized support team, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team while continuing to practice the medicine you enjoy.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school

Active Wisconsin veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred

Strong medical and surgical skills

Passion for mentoring and developing fellow veterinarians

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Collaborative leadership style with a growth mindset

Commitment to progressive, evidence-based medicine
