About The Role

Seeking a Lead LVT Who Can Handle Hooves, Paws, and Everything in Between!

We are seeking a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician to help guide our clinical team, elevate patient care across a variety of species, and support the continued growth of our hospital.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated veterinary professional who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with team leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.

In This Position, You Will Take an Active Role In

  • Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
  • Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service

Inventory Management

  • Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols
  • Schedule and Compensation**
  • Compensation: $21-$25 per hour, for each hour worked
  • This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as your day off
  • Benefits Package*
  • Bonus Package: $2,000 based on licensure
  • CE Allowance: $500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set

5+ years of Veterinary Technician experience

Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of Texas

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service

Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style
