Bethel Mill Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate Associate DVM to join our established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Sewell, New Jersey. What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals

Build strong relationships with clients through education and clear communication

Collaborate with a skilled, experienced support team

Utilize in-house diagnostics (including Penn HIP/OFA) to deliver excellent patient care

Grow your clinical skills and confidence with hands-on mentorship from experienced veterinarians

ScheduleOur hospital is open Monday through Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–5pm, and Saturday mornings (8am–12pm, food and pre-approved prescriptions only) — closed Sundays. We're looking for a DVM who can work a few evening shifts per week (until 8pm).

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
  • Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in New Jersey

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
