About the Role

Artificial Intelligence presents significant opportunities for Government, but its adoption must be safe, responsible and trustworthy.

As the Responsible AI & Governance Manager, you will help shape how GovTech governs AI adoption across the organisation. You will develop practical governance frameworks, operationalise AI policies, and partner with teams to ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed responsibly while enabling innovation.

Rather than acting as a compliance gatekeeper, you will work closely with delivery teams to embed governance into the way AI products and services are designed, built and operated.

  • Develop and maintain GovTech's Responsible AI governance frameworks.
  • Translate AI principles and policies into practical implementation guidance.

  • Identify emerging risks arising from AI technologies and adoption patterns.
  • Develop practical approaches for assessing and managing AI-related risks.
