[About the role]

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Specialist to lead a team of ServiceNow software engineers in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Ministry of National Development’s (MND) enterprise workflow and case management systems. The role encompasses the delivery of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting a wide range of corporate and operational workflows across MND and its agencies. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture and platform governance, oversee system integration and service delivery, and work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, designers and engineers to design, implement, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workflows. This role offers an opportunity to modernise business processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen MND’s digital transformation through the effective adoption of enterprise low-code and workflow automation technologies.

[What you will be working on]

Lead the full lifecycle implementation of enterprise software systems, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with various divisions to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective software solutions.

Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex enterprise software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software configurations, processes, and user guides.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff on new software features and best practices.

Monitor software performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise software, recommending suitable solutions to enhance government operations.

Work closely with vendors and external partners to manage software licenses, upgrades, and support agreements.

Contribute to the development of IT policies and standards related to enterprise software management.

[What are we looking for]

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software systems.

Proven expertise with at least one major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Business Process Management (BPM) suite (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Experience with system integration and API management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful software deployments.

Familiarity with government IT procurement processes and security standards is a plus.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, vendor-specific certifications) are highly desirable.
