Role/Department: The Outsourcing Oversight Officer (Auditor) monitors the relationship between the Internal Audit Function in the Luxembourg based bank and the Audit Services Department in the wider Group. In this role, you will operationalize the respective service level description and you will participate in audit engagements to provide outsourcing related expertise. The key responsibilities of the role include: • Calculate key performance indicators for outsourcing oversight • Draft the quarterly outsourcing oversight report • Draft reports to the bank’s governance fora • Advise on outsourcing related questions • Provide outsourcing related expertise and advise in audit engagements • Perform audit testing of design and operating effectiveness • Coordinate with other audit teams (business unit, regional, and specialist) to ensure that the regulatory outsourcing requirements for internal audit activities are complied with Skills & Qualifications The successful candidate will benefit from having: Hands‑on audit experience within the financial services sector Working knowledge of outsourcing‑related CSSF requirements, particularly CSSF Circular 22/806 (as amended) Strong practical capability in MS Excel; exposure to VBA is highly desirable Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
