About The Role
UTA seeks an Executive Assistant to join our People Team. Qualified candidates must have precise, detail-oriented organizational and administrative skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment, exercise judgement on prioritizing tasks, and have experience in an office environment managing heavy scheduling, phone calls, and administrative tasks. This is an in-office role based in Beverly Hills, California.The salary range for this role is $25.00 to $30.00 commensurate with experience and skills.What You Will DoSignificant email and calendar management (via Outlook) and coordinationTask and project management (reminder of to-dos, deadlines, email drafts, etc.)Maintain schedule of staff check-ins, department check-ins, and regular meetings to maintain the “high touch” nature of the People FunctionAssist in pulling data reports from Workday and preparing basic data, on requestBook travel and complete expenses report managementEfficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers within the organizationMaintains candidate database and oversees incoming inquiriesPrepare and post jobs as necessaryContinuously developing business knowledge and acumen of company and departmental objectivesCoordinate UTA hosted events when neededWhat You Will Need3+ years of experience supporting senior level executive(s) requiredExperience in Human Resources is preferredStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word· Working knowledge of Workday and Asana· Strong business acumen and interest in the media, sports, and entertainment industries· High degree of professionalism and discretion· Proactive, dependable work ethic· Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment· Collaborative, positive team player willing to go the extra mile· Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Exceptional attention to detail and sound problem-solving and decision-making skills· Strong prioritization and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesWhat You Will GetThe unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of a leading global entertainment companiesAccess to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellenceThe opportunity to do the best work of your careerWork in an inclusive and diverse company cultureCompetitive programs to support your well-beingExperience working in a collaborative environment with room to growAbout UTAUTA is a premier global talent agency built for the future of media and entertainment.
