You won't just be managing projects – you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our business. Your expertise will directly contribute to building and driving our SmartHome roadmap, pushing the boundaries of what's <possible.In> this role, you will:Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams on delivery of feature requests from prioritization to design to test and developmentManage relationships, stakeholder communication, and cross-team dependencies, including scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignmentPartner and collaborate with product, technology, business, and cross-functional partners to support business objectives through plan definition management, delivery management, proactive resolution of project risks/issues, and cross-functional roadmap efficienciesDrive cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategies to drive technical delivery and program managementEmbrace our culture and drive collaboration, partnership, and excellenceWhat Sets You Apart:A track record of successfully launching large-scale software development projectsThe ability to articulate project management principles with the fluency of a seasoned program managerTechnical acumen that allows you to speak the language of developers and business leaders alikeA knack for building partnerships and driving collaboration across diverse functional groupsWhat you bring:3+ years of experience managing complex, consumer facing programs working in an agile environment on Software development projectsAble to clearly and succinctly communicate with all levels of the organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environmentDemonstrated skills and experience managing software development leveraging agile/scrum methodologies while driving clear action and ownershipForward, proactive, and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside of the boxPreferred experience managing projects in cloud environments including Cloud Platform microservices design and delivery, hardware/firmware platform integrations, and automating processes
