Together, we’re pioneering a new category at the intersection of AI, personal expression, and on-demand manufacturing, and we’re building fast.The RoleWe’re looking for a Retoucher/Post-Production Artist to help bring real and AI-generated product imagery to a polished, production-ready <standard.You>’ll work closely with our design and product teams to refine images, correct visual inconsistencies, and ensure product renders and creative assets meet a high bar for quality. This is a hands-on production role for someone with a strong eye for detail and experience in retouching, compositing, image manipulation, and post-production.The ideal candidate is comfortable working quickly through a high volume of assets while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and visual quality.What You'll DoRetouch and refine product imagery and AI-generated visuals for quality, accuracy, and consistencyPerform image cleanup, compositing, color correction, masking, background removal, and other post-production workIdentify and correct visual inconsistencies, artifacts, distortions, and other imperfections in generated imageryPrepare images for use across product experiences, marketing, and customer-facing applicationsMatch visual styles, colors, textures, and lighting across image setsMake detailed edits based on creative direction and product requirementsMaintain consistency across large volumes of images and variationsWork closely with designers and product teams to understand requirements and iterate quicklyHelp establish and maintain visual quality standards for product imageryFlag recurring image-generation or production issues and provide feedback to the broader teamWhat We're Looking For2+ years of professional experience in retouching, compositing, post-production, or production artStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related image-editing toolsExcellent eye for detail, composition, color, lighting, and visual consistencyExperience working with product photography, e-commerce imagery, or other commercial visual assetsAbility to make precise, production-ready edits while working efficientlyStrong understanding of masking, layers, color correction, compositing, and image cleanupAbility to follow creative direction while exercising strong visual judgmentComfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environmentStrong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback quicklyNice to HaveExperience working with AI-generated imageryExperience with product visualization, e-commerce, or personalized productsExperience working with high-volume image production or automated creative workflowsFamiliarity with tools such as Illustrator, Lightroom, or other Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsExperience identifying and correcting common generative AI image artifactsWhat Success Looks LikeProduct imagery consistently meets a high visual-quality barRetouched assets are accurate, polished, and production-readyYou can move quickly through a high volume of work without sacrificing qualityYou develop a strong understanding of Arcade’s visual standards and apply them consistentlyYou help the team identify recurring quality issues and improve the overall post-production processAdditional InformationCompetitive compensationDaily catered lunch prepared by our chefCompany eventsArcade is an equal opportunity employer.
