About The Role

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ <EHRs.Healthcare> carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here. The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.About the Role:Commure's AI already lives in clinical environments across the country, answering patient calls, automating workflows, and reducing the administrative burden that costs healthcare a trillion dollars a year. As an Implementation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll own deployments end-to-end, from the first kickoff call through go-live and into the post-launch optimization work that turns a successful implementation into a long-term partnership. That means scoping customer workflows, translating operational requirements into engineering specifications, coordinating UAT and QA, managing timelines and risks, and serving as the primary point of contact for every customer you're deploying. You'll run multiple implementations concurrently, work closely with engineering and product to move fast and resolve blockers, and be accountable for the quality and speed of every launch you own. This isn't a role where you hand off to someone else when it gets complex — you stay in it, you drive it, and you own the outcome. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, care deeply about getting the details right, and want your work to have an immediate impact on how patients experience care, you'll find a lot to build here. What You'll DoLead customer implementations from kickoff through go-liveScope customer workflows, operational requirements, and success criteriaDocument customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans and engineering specificationsServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout deploymentSet expectations and communicate timelines, risks, blockers, and project status to customersCoordinate closely with engineering and product teams to prioritize issues and feature requestsTrack workflow changes and ensure agent configurations stay aligned with customer operationsPlan and oversee UAT, QA, and go-live readinessCoordinate internal QA efforts and validate fixes before customer testingMonitor launch performance, identify issues, and drive rapid resolutionDrive post-launch optimization and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and production dataMaintain implementation documentation, playbooks, and project trackersManage multiple implementations concurrently while keeping stakeholders alignedWhat You Have2–5+ years of experience in implementation, operations, consulting, customer success, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing roleStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer deployments simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and operationsHighly detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-throughComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsNice to haves:Healthcare technology or healthcare operations experienceExperience implementing SaaS or enterprise softwareFamiliarity with EHRs (Athena, Epic, eCW, ModMed, etc.)Experience with contact centers, telephony, or AI productsExperience writing process documentation and customer-facing implementation plansPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @commure.com.
