This role is highly hands-on and offers direct exposure to sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategy within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in private equity, recruiting, or operations, looking to gain real experience working alongside leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting across portfolio companiesSource candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreachScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreachCoordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines within Ashby ATSAssist in drafting job descriptionsSupport employer branding and recruiting process improvementsRequirementsPursuing a degree in Psychology, Business or a related fieldHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solvingSelf-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentATS experience desirable but not required
