1. Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework

• ● A transparent mechanism for managing requests.
• ● Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement.
• ● Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.

1. Risk & Compliance Tracking as required:

• ● Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations and assurance activities.
• ● Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required:

• ● Regular updates to governance bodies.
• ● Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc.
• ● Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions.
