About The Role
Product Manager services for the Client. Specifically
- Service Roadmap
- ● A living roadmap showing quarterly and long-term plans for feature development, integrations and enhancements.
- ● Aligned to strategic needs.
- ● Prioritised based on feedback, maturity assessment and operational needs.
- Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework
- ● A transparent mechanism for managing requests.
- ● Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement.
- ● Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.
- Risk & Compliance Tracking as required:
- ● Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations and assurance activities.
- ● Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required:
- ● Regular updates to governance bodies.
- ● Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc.
- ● Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions.
