What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to patients and prospective patients about available healthcare services.
  • Schedule appointments, send reminders, and follow up to keep patients on track.
  • Help people find and connect with the right medical or community resources.
  • Explain services clearly using approved scripts and information.
  • Check in with patients to confirm they received the help they needed.
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of every call, appointment, and referral.
  • Bring warmth and empathy to every conversation.
  • Know when to loop in a supervisor or healthcare professional for clinical questions.
  • Protect patient privacy and follow all confidentiality and compliance policies.
  • Hit call, documentation, and follow-up goals — and take pride in doing it well.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A clear, professional, and compassionate phone manner.
  • Strong listening skills and genuine care for the people you're calling.
  • Comfort with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Ability to follow scripts and workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
  • Reliability, independence, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • No prior healthcare experience needed — we'll train you!

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or administrative support.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
