Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

📍 Home-Based💲 $25–$30/hour

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM
• Friday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated RBT to provide ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

Requirements

Active RBT Certification

• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs and BIPs
• Collect session data and complete notes in Rethink within 24 hours
• Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical team
