  • Hours: 12:30pm to 4:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher for 1:1 instruction with students who have autism or significant learning needs. If you thrive in individualizedsettings and you're skilled at ABA-informed instruction — your impact here will be profound.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide individualized 1:1 instruction to students with autism or significant learning needs
  • Implement ABA-informed instructional strategies and collect data on student progress
  • Maintain current NYS Special Education licensure and all required DOE clearances
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, related service providers, and families on student goals
  • Adjust instructional strategies based on data-driven outcomes

SKILLS

Active NYS Special Education teaching license and current DOE clearances

Experience providing 1:1 instruction to students with autism or developmental disabilities

Familiarity with ABA-based instructional strategies and data collection

Strong relationship-building skills with students and families

Patience, creativity, and commitment to individualized student success
