About The Role
Liquid Personnel is seeking an ambitious and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established therapeutic fostering service on behalf of our client in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Social Worker with fostering management experience to drive service development, ensure regulatory compliance, support foster carer recruitment and retention, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
What will your responsibilities be?
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational management of the fostering service, ensuring high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and support for foster families.
Leading the fostering service and maintaining regulatory compliance
Preparing for and leading Ofsted inspections
Managing and developing the fostering team
Overseeing foster carer recruitment, assessment, approval, and retention
Acting as Panel Advisor and ensuring effective fostering panel processes
Driving quality assurance, audits, and service improvement
Building strong relationships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders
Monitoring safeguarding concerns, complaints, and notifiable events
Supporting the strategic growth and development of the service

Qualifications & Experience
- To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work qualification (Dip SW, CQSW, BA/MA Social Work or equivalent)
- Current Social Work England registration
- Minimum 2 years' management experience within fostering, adoption, or family and friend's services
- Strong knowledge of fostering regulations, safeguarding, and National Minimum Standards
- Experience overseeing assessments, fostering panels, and foster carer support
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
