About The Role

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Services Team in Southampton as they are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Adult Services OT & Specialist Assessment Team. You’ll assess adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments and learning disabilities, coordinating interventions that promote safety, independence and wellbeing.What will your responsibilities be?

Complete OT assessments and plan/review equipment & adaptation needs

Support adults, carers and families with clear, person‑centred recommendations

Work closely with multi‑agency partners to coordinate resources

Contribute to safeguarding and risk management

Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely interventions

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist

Strong experience in adult social care or community OT

Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills

Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload

Confident, proactive and person‑centred approach
