Location: Clyde, NC 28721Start Date: August 9Helper Rate: $16.66 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and patient helper to support a client with dementia, limited mobility, and difficulty communicating. The client can assist partially with tasks but requires hands-on support and consistent companionship.

Care Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation (client can feed herself)
Support with toileting and hygiene
Assist with showering and dressing (client can help somewhat)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Ensure safety and supervision throughout the shift

Schedule

Sundays

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Ideal Candidate

Experience with dementia care preferred

Patient, calm, and supportive communication style

Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support

Reliable and consistent

This role is ideal for a helper who is gentle and attentive, with the ability to support a client who has communication challenges and cognitive decline, while maintaining dignity and comfort.
