Job Description

As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products on DACH Market . In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role

  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
  • Pro-active collaboration with stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
  • Ensure that all parts of a customer orders are correctly listed on the order
  • Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
  • Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
  • Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team

You're the right fit if

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management or Logistics
  • You are proficient in English languages (B2/C1),
  • You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results,
  • You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail,
  • You have knowledge of SAP or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 86,400 –PLN 115,200. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
